Shipibo medicine

Ancestral knowledge for people in the Moderna world.

Kene difuso shipibo

In Shipibo medicine, the healing process is very personal and usually different for each patient; the patient is responsible for his process. The main responsibility is to commit to the discipline of the diet and respect its rules. Respect for plants and the work they do on us is what will help us achieve our goals. The healer prescribes the diet at the beginning of the treatment and it must be respected until the end, unless the healer in charge of your treatment gives you different indications. In Shipibo medicine plant diets is the source of knowledge and power.

Working with plants can sometimes be a challenge, especially in the early stages of the diet. In those moments, our desire for healing is the impulse. It is the strength of our commitment that will help us overcome the challenges.

The more we focus on the result and our trust in the plants, as well as in the healer, the more space we will open for the plants to work on us. Usually, these difficult times are short and you will receive all the help you need at the center to overcome them quickly. It is important that you tell us what you feel, think and experience so that we can help you with your process.

Once we overcome these challenges, we open the door to extremely rewarding gifts and experiences. Freed from whatever is blocking our lives, we open up to new dimensions of ourselves and new possibilities in our lives.

During your stay in the center, you can take advantage of the isolation huts that give the opportunity to concentrate more intensely with your plant. In isolation, your plant will be even more protected and available to you. Your energy will flourish within your system and accelerate its process in an amazing way. Your plant is your personal doctor; she can answer any of his answers and help him in an amazing way. Whatever you need, she will be there to give it to you, as long as you can trust and be open to her.

Master Plants

Master plants are entities that have spirit

In the jungle people live among the plants, in the ancestral culture plants and trees are living entities and the forest is the habitat not only of animals and birds but also of spirits of all kinds. There are spirits of the waters, of the earth, of the sky... and of the plants, it is with these spirits that the Amazonian shamans have been working and are still working today.

Master plants are plants whose spirits can transmit their knowledge to human beings. They are available to help humans in their evolution and healing process. By establishing a connection with plants through the discipline of diet, it is possible to receive healing and knowledge. Mastering this discipline requires years of training and practice.

Each master plant has its own specific knowledge and healing properties. They can teach about psychology, medicine, spirituality, hunting, biology. They can also help to open the mind or heart, strengthen the body, bring good fortune, cure tumors, digestive problems, depression, paranoia, schizophrenia, psoriasis, hair loss, diabetes, hepatitis, cancer and HIV. There is a plant for almost any use or need you can imagine.

It is part of the Shipibo culture to use the plants. They use them to learn medicine, develop their awareness and acquire skills. The Shipibo have always been considered among the highest masters, their shamanic knowledge is among the most extensive in the Amazon.
