Preparation & Integration Work

Now it all sounds magical and idyllic to be able to do this work in the rainforest where these traditions and powerful teachers are at home. And this is definitely true! It can be a very magical experience and that’s why we motivate our guests to prepare their mind, body and energy for the journey they embark upon.

The biggest element is diet, in the modern western world we are often used to many processed products and unhealthy dietary habits. The more a person manages to cleanse their system upfront the deeper the work can go with plants. Of course, they do help us to cleanse our minds, bodies and energies. The thing is that by reaching out to the plants and doing our part on what we can directly control in terms of what we put in our body (food, medication, other substances, ...) and our mind (information, music, TV, ...). They will recognize the efforts of your preparation and the way to reconnect with plants and our own divine nature will be more prepared for the work to come at the center.

This is what most of the preparation entails.
And of course there is the homework that comes after dietas and ceremonies, which is where the real transformation happens.

During our time in the jungle, the plants will cleanse us, heal us, bring us tons of downloads and insights that are there for us to unfold in our daily lives while being back in our routines amongst friends, family, colleagues,... Now this part of the process can become very challenging and often people lack the support system or a social network where they can share about their experiences with these powerful teachers. Ultimately we always have a choice which direction we’ll walk after our work in the jungle. And step by step all the puzzle pieces will start to unfold along your path as you continue your walk through life.

What we offer is a strong support network that is always available to you before and after you visit our center. We feel a strong responsibility that you are supported and always have a safe space to come back to to talk or share about what is moving through your personal experience that has been opened at our center. Even people that haven’t been to our center and feel the need for this support can also contact us at any point in their process!

To us this is the most important moment when the real work and transformation is happening and we love to support you to get the most out of it for yourself and assist you in the journey back to yourself.
